Born in Kentucky to a Japanese mother and Arizona-born father, she grew up as an Army child with Utah as a second home since 1978. She spent over a decade in Hollywood television (11 years on Frasier as a standin) before entering real estate in 2017. She relocated from California to Utah after her husband’s retirement and rebuilt her business through open houses, networking, and a service-first philosophy that intentionally avoids calculating commissions until after the transaction.
