Thania Budd is originally from Honduras, is married and has 5 children. As a UVU graduate with a degree in Business Management, Thania has always been interested in real estate and finances. One day while considering a home refinance, a neighbor recommended Ryan. After a refinance, another home purchase, and helping a friend with their home purchase, Thania started working for the Work Harding Team! The mortgage industry is constantly changing and giving opportunities to many new homeowners and Thania has found that she loves being a part of it. Her favorite part of the job is when a transaction closes making a family’s dream become a reality.
