About Ryan Harding

I grew up in Bismarck, North Dakota and later moved to Utah to attend Brigham Young University in Utah. I ended up meeting my wife there and we’ve loved living in Utah ever since. We currently live in Lehi, Utah and have 5 wonderful children.

I’ve been helping people manage their homes for close to two decades now and I love what I do. I love people and I love helping them figure out the best way to purchase a home or to manage their debts. I love seeing how home ownership has really benefited the thousands of people I’ve been able to help over the years. I strongly believe that owning a home is a great decision for most people and helping someone get to that point is what I love doing.

As time has gone on, I’ve decided to take on more employees to better help serve my clients. This has been a great opportunity for me. I love helping people grow and I feel like I get to do that now with both the people working for me and also with our clients. I’m excited for the future of our team and how we can better help people with the largest purchase they’ll ever make. Our goal is to not just help them for a one-time transaction, but to be there over the years helping them manage their finances and to be a consistent source of knowledge for them on this important area of life.
